This week we released version 3.0 of the Localizer Lead Tool fixing the places search and upgrading to full API integration with Google Places, providing faster data delivery. Watch the video to see what’s coming next and how the new features work.

    You asked in your video if there was other info we would like the software to pull. I am interested in finding whether a company has a facebook page, twitter page and other social media pages.

    Great work! Definitely has been a help to quickly know if a business has a claimed Google Places. Keep that up.

    I agree with David that any indication that the business participates in social media in anyway would be a labor saver.

    Also, is it possible to detect if a business has an optimized mobile website and get that information back in a column?

    I appreciate you allowing us to continue at no additional cost.

    I look forward to what you will provide to help us serve our clients.

    Would love to see a scrape of their home page for any links to facebook, twitter, (maybe linkedin? others?).

    Anyway to check if the places page is claimed via the API? I know the

    20 results seems really low – especially if we are trying to build a mail list. . . is that number going to go up?

    oh, yeah – how do we upgrade? ;-) Hope the feedback helps. I’ll keep thinking about other possible features. Thanks again guys!

    Hi Everyone-

    I was traveling today so I am just getting to this. The software will prompt you as an auto update when you open up the software and ask you to upgrade.

    If it is not working for you then visit the download page the link here and uninstall and reinstall the software without losing your keys.

    We are working on a new set of upgrades and will look into the requests as well. :)

      I have downloaded the most recent update but it is returning an error. It’s saying this application cannot be installed because this installer has been mis-configured.

      Have you seen this error before and are you able to provide any resolution?

    It would be great if you could format it so when it’s exported to excel the address, city, state and zip each has it’s own column so you could do a mail merge in Word.

    Was working. Tried restarting Windows Server 2008 R2 … closed all running processes. Tried installing directly from download. Now, upon update or install always receive this message:

    “This application cannot be installed because this installer has been mis-configured. Please contact the application author for assistance.”

    Trying to upgrade to version 3.5 from 3.4.4 I think ….

    I landed on this page when searching for updates on LLT, being that I’ve never been given the option of updating. I noticed that these comments were posted over a year ago and wonder if there has been any updates since July 2013 when I purchased the tool. I’ve gone ahead and uninstalled and re-installed as you mentioned to do above on 2/23/2012 anyway and everything basically looks the same.
